Buttermilk Chicken Strips
These are only slightly altered from a recipe by Rachael Ray. I caught it on TV briefly last week and OMG they looked so yummy I had to make them. They came out super delicious.

Buttermilk twice-dipped fried chicken tenders
Ingredients Needed
2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 pounds chicken tenders (thawed if frozen)
Supplies Needed
frying pan
two medium bowls
cookie sheet or large plate
tongs
Directions
1) Combine dry ingredients in one medium bowl, pour buttermilk into the other.
2) Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over medium heat.
3) While oil is heating up, dip each chicken tender in the flour mix, the buttermilk, the flour mix, the buttermilk, and the flour mix. A total of 5 dips.
4) Place the coated chicken in the heated oil and cook on each side until golden brown.
5) Lay out on cookie sheet to cool before serving.
